Reading Rock keeps many products in stock, but when the project requires custom detailing, work with our experienced, technical staff through our Flex, Plus or Merit service programs.

For expediting orders, consider our Quick Ship option. Quick ship orders go to the front of the line and are perfect for time sensitive projects, or when replacement material is needed for damaged or broken pieces (5 molds, 350 cu. ft. maximum order).

*Material take-off estimates from plan sets are available as an optional service. Complete plans and specifications are required for all material take-off estimates. Take-off estimates will be completed in seven working days. Lead time on take-off estimates for intricate or large custom cast stone projects will be quoted by the project upon receipt of plans. **If layout drawings are requested at any time during this program the lead times default to those as outlined in the RockCast Plus or Merit program and a new quoted price will apply. †Plus Project layout drawings and delivery lead time on large jobs will be quoted on a job by job basis depending on scope. ††Merit Projects and large custom projects, 1,000 cubic feet or more, will have a layout lead time of 20 working days with CAD files or 25 working days without or more depending on the scope of the project. Delivery lead times will be quoted specific to the scope of the project at the time of the purchase order. All Merit projects will be supported by a RockCast field manager. †*Quick Ship can also be utilized for expediting orders at a premium cost when our published standards do not meet the delivery expectations for the project.
